Pre-race anxiety is very common. Channelize your thoughts positively. You have trained yourself for the run so you will be able to achieve your target. For last minute doubts, consult your physiotherapist.

Your route to success:

  • Stay Positive: feel confident that you will achieve your goals
  • Be Consistent: Don’t change anything before the race. Just before the marathon is not the time to try new shoes or use new techniques.
  • Familiarize: with the course route and terrain
  • Get enough sleep: 7-9 hours at least, starting 2 weeks before the race
